Why this challenge exists

Many people start things but struggle to keep them going.

Motivation fades.
Life gets busy.
Habits can feel too big to maintain.

The Micro Challenge focuses on small, realistic change.

The goal is not perfection.

It is simply practising showing up consistently.

The idea is simple

You choose one small action and practise doing it for 30 days.

Examples could include:

• a 10 minute walk
• stretching
• journalling
• drinking more water
• preparing a healthy lunch
• going to bed earlier

Each day you check in with the group by posting:

✔ if you did it
❌ if you didn’t
