About Me
For years, I’ve worked in the heart of health and well-being, guiding people through the challenges of food, movement, and self-care. As an NHS health and well-being coach, former personal trainer, and facilitator, I’ve learned one thing for certain: real change doesn’t come from being told what to do—it comes from understanding yourself better and discovering what truly works for you.
My work is all about creating spaces, tools, and conversations that help you think, reflect, and explore your own unique path to well-being. I don’t believe in handing out advice. Instead, I offer thought-provoking questions to guide you, practical frameworks to support you, and resources to help you uncover the habits and choices that feel right for you.
If you’ve ever felt stuck in cycles of all-or-nothing thinking, overwhelmed by conflicting health advice, or unsure of what truly works for you—I get it. I’ve worked with hundreds of people facing these same struggles, both in the NHS and beyond, and I’ve seen the transformative power of slowing down, stepping back, and creating space for real self-discovery.
This is your journey, your way. I’m here to help you find the tools, insights, and confidence to move forward—on your terms.
